Peptide Therapy: Treatment Packages for Youth and Health

Peptides are the newly emerging science of cell signaling amino acid sequences, with far-reaching regulatory and rejuvenation actions on neuroendocrine-immune functionality. The specifically targeted use of peptides in the environment has the potential to rewrite bodily chemistry relationships, and ultimately generate a restorative trend towards anabolism and homeostasis.

Peptides can also be utilized and applied in the treatment of injuries, with capabilities that help prevent aging, illness, and enhance peak performance.

What types of peptide packages do we offer?

At our clinic, you can take advantage of the peptide therapy packages like:

  • anti-aging and skincare;
  • anti-depressant and anti-anxiety;
  • body healing and anti-inflammation;
  • immunity improvement;
  • muscle mass building;
  • sexual health;
  • and sleep quality.

Each therapy package consists of certain types of peptides that act as aggregators of health by improving different body functions and enhancing the work of various organs and systems in the body.

Peptides are used in tandem with other ingredients that are completely safe and natural but that are very effective in boosting the action of peptides.

Some of the ingredients of our packages are as follows:

CJC1295 w/Ipamorelin

CJC 1295 is a synthetically produced peptide that increases your plasma growth hormone levels. CJC 1295 is usually injected into your body via a subcutaneous injection. Its name is also sometimes referred to as DAC (Drug Affinity Complex): GRF (growth hormone-releasing factor).

CJC 1295 can increase your IGF-1 levels and GH (growth hormone) levels. DAC is added to this peptide in order to increase the half-life of CJC-1295. Initially, CJC 1295 was developed to treat diseases and medical conditions for patients who had muscle disorders, diseases, and burn victims. CJC 1295 has drawn many individuals like athletes from around the globe for its incredible benefits and minimal side effects to enhance their performance on the field and in the gym.

Benefits of using CJC-1295

The key benefits of using the peptide are such as improved lean body mass, gains in muscle mass, and increased strength. It is a long-acting GHRH analog or (growth hormone-releasing hormone). The lifespan for releasing growth hormones is promulgated by tetrahedral modifications of CJC-1295, and the drug affinity complex (DAC). Therapeutic effects are increased because of this, and users require fewer injections in comparison to other growth hormones.

Copper Peptide GHK-Cu

The brain’s high metabolic activity results in elevated oxygen consumption and constant production of reactive oxygen species (ROS) in mitochondria. At the same time, the brain tissue is rich in unsaturated fatty acids and transition metal ions yet has relatively fewer antioxidants comparing to other organs creating favorable conditions for oxidative damage.

Since the blood-brain barrier prevents many dietary antioxidants from entering the brain, it largely relies on endogenous antioxidants such as Cu- and Zn-dependent superoxide dismutase (Cu, Zn SOD1). This enzyme requires metal ions copper and zinc in order to be active.

Hence, copper deficiency can lead to reduced SOD activity and increased oxidative brain damage. Amyloid precursor protein (APP) that is implicated in Alzheimer’s disease (AD) development has copper-binding activity and can trap copper, rendering brain tissue copper deficient. The research has shown that SOD1 activity is restored by copper supplementation. GHKCu increases the level of antioxidant enzymes and SOD activity, supposedly by supplying copper necessary for its
function.

GHK-Cu also reduces oxidative damage by modulating iron levels. The presence of iron complexes in damaged tissues is detrimental to wound healing, due to the increased lipid peroxidation in the presence of iron ions, as well as microbial infection mediated by iron.

GHK-Cu exhibits antioxidant function in wounds by inhibiting ferritin iron release in damaged tissues, preventing inflammation and microbial infections.

Thymosin Alpha

Thymosin alpha 1 is a peptide naturally occurring in the thymus that has long been recognized for modifying, enhancing, and restoring immune function. Thymosin alpha 1 has been utilized in the treatment of immunocompromised states and malignancies, as an enhancer of vaccine response.

Studies have postulated that thymosin alpha 1 could help improve the outcome in severely ill coronavirus disease 2019 patients by repairing damage caused by overactivation of lymphocytic immunity and how thymosin alpha 1 could prevent the excessive activation of T cells.

Health Benefits of Thymosin Alpha

Thymosin alpha 1 functions as a toll-like receptor (TLR)-9 and TLR-2 agonist in both myeloid and dendritic cells, the professional antigen-presenting cells. By targeting TLRs, thymosin alpha 1 can stimulate the adaptive immune response, which is essential for fighting viral, bacterial, and fungal infections and cancers, as well as stimulation of posterior humoral immunity.

Thymosin Beta 4

Thymosin-β4 is a small, actin-sequestering protein belonging to the thymosin-β family that is found at high concentrations within the spleen, thymus, and peritoneal macrophages, where it is most notably responsible for the organization of cytoskeletal structure.

Commonly found at significant quantities within the brain, lungs, liver, kidneys, testes, and heart, Thymosin-β4 has also been shown to be synthesized by cells unrelated to the reticuloendothelial system, such as myoblasts and fibroblasts, and expressed at irregular levels by several hemopoietic cell lines, malignant lymphoid cells, and myeloma cells. Recombinant Human Thymosin-β4 is a 5.2kDa glycoprotein containing 45 amino acid residues.

Benefits of Thymosin Beta 4

Thymosin beta 4 inhibits inflammation, microbial growth, scar formation (by reducing the level of myofibroblasts), and apoptosis, and protects cells from cytotoxic damage, including glutamate neuronal toxicity. Thymosin β4 binds to G-actin, blocks actin polymerization, and is co-released with factor XIIIa by platelets. These activities contribute to the multiple wound healing properties that have been reported in animal and human studies.

Selank

Selank is a compound with the goal of treating anxiety and potentially improving certain cognitive functions, such as learning and memory. The recent boom in biotechnology has opened the door for studying new biologically-active compounds, including “cognitive enhancers” or “nootropics.”

One such compound is Selank — previously known as “TP-7” — which belongs to a class of molecules called synthetic peptides, or small artificially-designed proteins. Selank has been touted as an “anti-anxiety” compound and has also been claimed to improve learning and increase energy.

Selank is small and only a fraction of the size of most naturally-occurring proteins. It was developed at the Institute of Molecular Genetics (Russian Academy of Sciences) in cooperation with the V.V. Zakusov Research Institute of Pharmacology (Russian Academy of Medical Sciences), along with its “cousin” drug, Semax.

Selank was derived by combining the sequence of a peptide called tuftsin with another sequence that improves its molecular stability. Tuftsin is naturally-occurring and makes up one part of the natural antibody IgG.

Both tuftsin and Selank have been reported to reduce anxiety and increased serotonin levels. Selank has been approved in Russia for the treatment of generalized anxiety disorder (GAD) and for its use as a nootropic.

BPC-157

BPC-157 is a peptide chain consisting of 15 amino acids. It is considered to be synthetic because this particular sequence does not exist in nature. It is derived from a protective protein found in the stomach.

Researchers have conducted numerous rodent studies on BPC-157 that show it has protective effects extending beyond the stomach and intestinal tract. BPC-157 has been shown to benefit ulcers in the stomach, treat organ damage, intestinal damage such as fistulas and inflammatory disorders, bone and joint healing, and growth rates.

It also has some influences on the brain. Current research suggests BPC-157 influences several growth factors usually involved in angiogenesis (the production of blood vessels) and other factors involved in the regeneration of tissues.

We also use Sermorelin as one of the ingredients in our peptide treatment packages. You can learn the details of this peptide here.
